DUES — All subscriptions must be renewed by the middle of January of each year. Old members pay $10.00 each January. New subscribers who join April 1-June 30 will paid $7.50 the first year; those who join July 1-September 30 will pay $5.00 the first year, and those who join after October 1 will pay $10 (which will include the last quarter of the current year and all of next year).
